The monorail BMU is combined with self power cradle. Monorail is an extruded aluminum element fixed outside of the building supported by steel brackets anchored to the concrete wall at intervals ranging from 1.0m to 2.5m, and used as a track way for trolleys from which the cradle will be suspended, it allows the cradle to traverse along the façade, these trolleys can be either manual or motorized depending on the application and project budget.

    The simplicity of the system is the monorail can be bended to follow the contour of the building, it can be either ceiling mounted(C70) or face mounted(L70), the cradle can be configured to various sizes, and multiple cradle or glass lifting winches can be operated.

C70 Monorail BMU System is the ideal facade maintenance system for buildings with limited roof space. It can be installed with minimal visual impact respecting the architectural aesthetic.

It consists of aluminum tracks in combination with the trolley and self power cradle.
